Position Description: Specialty Remodeling Home Advisor

Position involves performing comprehensive inspections for qualified residential homeowners, specifying solutions, and assisting them in buying turn-key services.Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Learn GUARDIAN’s systems to establish a high level of competency in Building Envelope Science.
Learn GUARDIAN’s systems to establish a high level of competency in diagnosing and inspecting residential building problems as well as specifying exterior remodeling options and solutions.
Learn GUARDIAN’s systems to establish a high level of competency in customer communication and advisory systems.
Ability to meet and qualify opportunities.
Confer with prospects to assess wants and needs and to determine requirements and options.
Collaborate with management team to understand customer requirements, to promote company services, and to provide customer service, take consumer orders, provide service support.
Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements after thorough inspection and diagnosis at their home.
Ability to climb ladders, inspect roofs & attics, be able to lift a min. of 50 lbs.
Research, identify, and prospect for potential customers for products or services.
Create service contracts for projects or services.
Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of communication with customers and progression of new clients.
Maintain forecasting reports.
Ability to meet or exceed personal improvement and continuing education expectations.
Attend trade shows and seminars to learn about industry developments.

Production Supervisor

The GUARDIAN Group is seeking qualified, professional, and energetic career-oriented problem solvers to join our Exterior Home Remodeling division. Position involves supervising and coordinating construction installation activities of the production department.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Enforce safety and installation standards.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the construction of remodeling projects for Roofing, Siding, Windows, Carpentry.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Assist in planning work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
Assist in ordering and scheduling material deliveries for remodeling projects.
Demonstrate work and safety procedures to new employees.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
Be the front-line of the production department, meet with customers, close-out projects, collect final payments.
Perform warranty repairs, minor repairs, punch list items.
Inspect work in process and completed work.
Walk customers through change orders and final walk thru.
Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiencies.

Position reports directly to Sales Management and owners.Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Be frontline, first customer contact with customers
Learn Guardian’s systems to estabolish a high level of competency in customer communication and advisory systems.
Ability to qualify opportunities.
Confer with prospects to assess wants and needs and to determine requirements and options.
Collaborate with management team to understand customer requirements, to promote the company services, and to provide sales support.
Provide support for company activities including: Customer service, Sales, Marketing, Production.
Execute pro-active outbound sales calls
Perform follow up calls to ensure proper lead nurturing and customer satisfaction
Assist in marketing and remarketing efforts
Maintain customer contacts in CRM database

Experience and Education:
