Our Site is built and operated on our behalf by Optimized Marketing (Optimized-marketing.com, LLC), which manages the Site’s hosting, analytics, and advertising technology under contract with us. Questions about your information should come to us at the address above.


2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

  • Contact and service requests. Name, address, email, phone number, and anything you write in a message field when you request a quote, schedule an estimate, or contact us.
  • Account and billing information if you become a customer.
  • Communications. The contents of emails, text messages, chat messages, and phone calls.

Please do not send us sensitive information through the Site. We do not seek data revealing health conditions, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or similar sensitive categories through our web forms, and we ask that you not submit them there.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and the providers listed in Section 3 automatically collect:

  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it
  • Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen size
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, scroll depth, and the page you arrived from
  • Search terms and the advertisement or campaign that brought you here
  • Recordings of your session showing mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and information typed into form fields
  • Which version of a page you were shown when we are testing alternative designs
  • Cookie identifiers and similar device identifiers

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics platforms, lead sources, publicly available directories, and referrals.

2.4 Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed to children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Session recording and form capture. Some of the tools above record how you interact with our pages, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and information you type into form fields. These recordings help us improve the Site. Please do not enter sensitive information into any field — see Section 2.1.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers who perform work for us — website hosting and marketing (Optimized Marketing), customer relationship management, email and text message delivery, call tracking and recording, analytics, session recording, A/B testing, payment processing, and installation partners. They perform this work on our behalf under our contracts with them.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — the providers named in Section 3. Some of this sharing may be considered “targeted advertising,” a “sale,” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws even though no money changes hands. You can opt out — see Section 3.
  • Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers.
  • Legal and safety recipients — where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share the mobile opt-in or consent information described in Section 6 with anyone for their own marketing.


6. Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing messages.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

7. Phone Calls

The phone numbers shown on the Site may be provided by a call tracking service so we can measure which advertising generates calls. Calls to and from those numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where a recording is made, you will be notified at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record.


8. Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Customer and billing records are kept for the life of the relationship and as long afterward as the law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe; if you unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete information we hold about you
  • Obtain a copy in a portable format
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information

How to exercise them. Contact us using the details in Section 1 and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming information we already hold. We will acknowledge your request and respond as promptly as we reasonably can, and within any deadline that applies to your request under the law of the place you live. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we may require written proof of authorization.


10. Do Not Track and Browser Signals

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. The Site does not currently detect these signals automatically. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the browser settings and opt-out tools described in Section 3.


11. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice on the Site.

7. Children. This website does not provide services or sell products to children under the age of 18. If we discover we have received any information from a child under the age of 18 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Upon request we offer you the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in your personally identifiable information. 9. Consent. Use of this website constitutes consent to this Privacy Policy. This does not include consent to receive SMS/text messages — SMS consent is collected separately via an affirmative opt-in at the point a phone number is submitted.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy. If our Privacy Policy or procedures change, we will immediately post those changes to our website. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
