Great crew. They worked well together, cleaned up the job site well. Joe, Paul, Rick, and Jeff were personable, approachable, and took time to explain items and answer questions. They responded well to our requests. As with any person and any job a few mistakes were made and the crew was VERY quick to correct them and didn’t try to “run” from them or cover them up. The project start to completion took longer than expected. The bottom line is that we are extremely happy we went with Guardian and we would re-hire them for our next project.

The project was done during some very inclement weather and there was a small problem with clean-up. Their representative came out and inspected the site. She did some clean-up at that time. They sent someone out and sat with us just ahead if their crew and discussed everything that was going to happen over the weeks that they were going to be here. They talked with us at the end of everyday and let us know what they had done and did excellent clean up. They also replaced a small attic window and one built an aluminum window and installed it. They also had to replace the gutter. They did a great job and I was surprised with how much interaction they had with us before they started the job and the care they took. They had to come into the house to install the attic fan and the dog was here and it did not have any problem with him and he did not have a problem with it, which was unusual.

In October of 2001 my roof was damaged by a horrible hail storm. For four months I searched for a contractor and finally found you. From the first contract to the last tool being put away, the experience was nearly pleasurable.
The crew showed up on Thursday February 7th and had the house torn off and re-roofed by 3pm. They were done the next day by 5pm. When they left they had removed all the debris and I mean ALL the debris. I have nothing but good things to say about all the guys in the crew. They had to be friendliest and most polite bunch of highly skilled workers I’ve seen. You are my best recommendation to anyone.

I needed to have windows replaced in my 80 yr. old house and called several companies for estimate. While not the cheapest, you gave 3 levels of quality windows, were professional, and there was no high pressure sales pitch. There were only a few finishing issues which I put in writing, and you were responsive to that. You inspected and agreed with my assessment stating not up to your standards. I ordered 11 more windows for install (in the process). You took care of two of the fall issues and will return to finish up outside trim and complete final fall install issues. Your clean up was excellent and you took care not to damage new plantings in front of house. I have six windows to go and will use you again. I also appreciated that you explained everything that needed to be done, such as blinds removed and how long to wait before rehang to allow caulk to set.
